Wonton wrappers

Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 ml water100 g
  • 1 egg
  • 2 g salt

Method

  1. 1Mix the flour and salt. Gradually incorporate the water.
  2. 2Form a ball, cover with cling film and let rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. 3Cut the ball into 4 and roll out with a rolling pin. Use a pasta machine if you have one. The result should be a sheet 3 mm thick that you then cut into 6 cm squares.
  4. 4Dust the wonton wrappers with cornstarch to keep them from sticking together. Use promptly.
