Wonton wrappers

- 250 g flour
- 100 ml water≈ 100 g
- 1 egg
- 2 g salt
Method
- 1Mix the flour and salt. Gradually incorporate the water.
- 2Form a ball, cover with cling film and let rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
- 3Cut the ball into 4 and roll out with a rolling pin. Use a pasta machine if you have one. The result should be a sheet 3 mm thick that you then cut into 6 cm squares.
- 4Dust the wonton wrappers with cornstarch to keep them from sticking together. Use promptly.
